Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Koda Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google, so you cancel from your device's store settings.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore purchases?

If you've reinstalled the app or switched devices, open Koda, go to the paywall or Settings, and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account that bought the subscription.

I bought Koda Pro but it's not showing up

First, try Restore purchases (see above). If that doesn't work, fully close and reopen the app, then check that you're signed in to the correct store account. Still stuck? Email skeletont638@gmail.com with your purchase receipt (from Apple or Google) and we'll get it sorted.

For reference, Koda Pro is offered as Monthly ($7.99) and Annual ($39.99), both auto-renewing and cancelable in your App Store or Play Store settings.

How do I delete my account?

Open Koda, go to SettingsDelete account. This permanently removes your profile, lesson progress, badges, XP, streak, and code-run history. Deletion does not cancel an active subscription — cancel that separately in the App Store or Play Store (see "How do I cancel my subscription?" above).

What languages does Koda teach?

Koda currently offers lessons in JavaScript, Python, Java, Rust, and TypeScript, with topic-based mini-courses and an in-app code runner so you can practice as you learn.

Where do I report a bug?

Email skeletont638@gmail.com with a description of what happened, what you expected, and (if you can) a screenshot or screen recording. Include your device model and OS version — it makes bugs much faster to track down.
